  • Centre for Culture and Development  Centre for Culture and Development (CCD) was begun in the campus of Xavier Technical Institute in the year 2001. Its founder director was Prof. Lancy Lobo. It began taking socially relevant research studies and activities. Soon the space constraint showed up and the governing body recommended the development of CCD by giving it two more adjoining units in 2007.
