Sharon Stone (Sharon Vonne Stone) is an american actress, producer, and former fashion model. At the age of 17 she was crowned Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. She also became a successful Ford model in TV commercials as well as in print ads. In 1980, Sharon made her debut in Woody Allen's Stardust Memories as "pretty girl on train."

She accepted the breakthrough role in Basic Instinct in 1992 as a sociopath novelist, "Catherine Tramell." The interrogation scene became a classic in film industry. Her performance captivated everyone. MTV viewers honored her as Most Desirable Female and Best Female Performance Awards. At Golden Globe, she was nominated for Best Actress.
