This

budgets announced every year in Lok Sabha. One is the Rail Budget and
the other Union Budget. This year, 2007-08, Rail Budget was presented by
Railway Minister Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav, his fourth consecutive Rail
Budget and the Union Budget by Finance Minister Mr. P. Chidambaram.
Lalu Yadav presented the Budget amid much chaos in the Parliament by
the opposition but it kept every one happy. Mr. Chidambaram had mixed
bag in his briefcase amid inflation of 5.2%-5.4%. The following link
