South Africa, the host of FIFA world cup 2010 have appeared in football world cup twice before. Once in 1998 and then in 2002, but they failed to go beyind group stage. This time they got autimatic entry as being the hosts. This year South Africa is playing in group A with Mexico, Uruguay and France.
