Aloo Gravy

Ingredients Aloo Gravy
  • 7-8 :Boiled potatoes
  • 3 big, chopped :Tomatoes
  • 3-4 chopped :Green chillies
  • 10 leaves : Kari patta
  • ½ tsp :Mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch :Heing
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp :Ginger grated
  • ¼ tsp :Methi seeds
  • 2 :Whole red chillied
Method
  1. Heat little oil in a karahi, put mustard seeds. After the splitting sound add kari patta and whole red chillies.
  2. Add tomatoes and ginger. Cook till it is tender. Add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  3. Add salt, haldi powder, green chillies, heing and boiled potatoes cut into small pieces.
  4. Cook for 10 min on low flame.
  5. Add coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with Puries.
