Ingredients Christmas Jelly Candy
  • 2 cup Fruit Juice
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 5 packet Unflavored gelatin
Method
  1. Take a saucepan and put gelatin and sugar.
  2. Add fruit juice to it.
  3. Let the juice set in mixture for 5 minutes
  4. Bring the juicy mixture to boil.
  5. Reduce the heat & cook until gelatin melts.
  6. Now add lemon juice.
  7. Transfer the mixture into shallow baking pans.
  8. Chill it until firm.
  9. With prior caution, turn the mixture out of pan. You can use a wide spatula for this purpose.
  10. Take various shaped cookie cutters and cut it into pieces.
  11. Place it on wire racks to dry.
  12. Place the cookies in covered tins by placing wax paper between layers.
  13. Keep up to 5 days.
  14. Delicious Christmas Jelly Candy is ready to be served.
