Nutrela Chavli Ghugra

Ingredients

For Stuffing

  • - 1 cup: Nutrela boiled granules
  • - 250 gm: Green Chavli(chopped)
  • - 1 tsp: Oil
  • - 1 tsp: Garam Masala
  • - 1 tsp: Amchur powder
  • - -5: Chopped green chilli
  • - 1/2 cup: Fresh Desiccated coconut powder
  • - Salt to taste
  • - Oil for deep frying

For Cover

  • - 250 gm: Maida
  • - 2 tsp: Oil
  • - 1 cup: Water
  • - Salt to taste

Method

For Stuffing

  • - Heat oil in a pan. Add chavli. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • - Then add the remaining ingredients cover and cook for 2 minutes.

For Cover

  • - Mix the ingredients and make dough.
  • - Press dough into Puri Shape.
  • - Fill stuffing into the pressed puri,make into ghugra Shape.
  • - Deep-fry the ghugras.
  • - Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
