Nutrela Chavli Ghugra

Ingredients
  • For Stuffing
    • 1 cup: Nutrela boiled granules
    • 250 gm: Green Chavli(chopped)
    • 1 tsp: Oil
    • 1 tsp: Garam Masala
    • 1 tsp: Amchur powder
    • 4-5: Chopped green chilli
    • 1/2 cup: Fresh Desiccated coconut powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for deep frying
  • For Cover
    • 250 gm: Maida
    • 2 tsp: Oil
    • 1 cup: Water
    • Salt to taste
Method
  1. For Stuffing
    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chavli. Cook for 2 minutes.
    2. Then add the remaining ingredients cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. For Cover
    1. Mix the ingredients and make dough.
    2. Press dough into Puri Shape.
    3. Fill stuffing into the pressed puri,make into ghugra Shape.
    4. Deep-fry the ghugras.
    5. Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
