Nutrela Chavli Ghugra
Ingredients
For Stuffing
1 cup: Nutrela boiled granules
250 gm: Green Chavli(chopped)
1 tsp: Oil
1 tsp: Garam Masala
1 tsp: Amchur powder
4-5: Chopped green chilli
1/2 cup: Fresh Desiccated coconut powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For Cover
250 gm: Maida
2 tsp: Oil
1 cup: Water
Salt to taste
Method
For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan. Add chavli. Cook for 2 minutes.
Then add the remaining ingredients cover and cook for 2 minutes.
For Cover
Mix the ingredients and make dough.
Press dough into Puri Shape.
Fill stuffing into the pressed puri,make into ghugra Shape.
Deep-fry the ghugras.
Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
