Vidhyadhar Garden
Nestled in a narrow valley, this beautiful garden was built in honour
of Jai Singh's chief Vidyadhar Bhattacharjee-the architect and town
planner. It is located 7 kms. east of Jaipur and very close to Sisodia
Garden which was constructed in honor of Jai Singh's chief architect and
town planner. It was built in the memory of Vidyadhar Bhattacharjee, the
architect of Jaipur.
It looks very delightful in the evening with well shrouded lights at
the base of the surrounding hills outline them against the darkening
background. On the way to Galta, these gardens are laid out in tiers.
These house several galleries, pavilions and splendid murals depicting
scenes from the life of Lord Krishna, which is an optic pleasure. It's a
perfect location for watching peacocks and monkeys and is a famous
tourists spot that attracts a lot of travelers from all sort of age.
