Ayodhya Case Verdict Announced

The Supreme Court of India has finally given an end to the number of speculations of the people on the centuries-old Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case by announcing its fair decision today. A five-judge Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court concretely and unitedly decided that the 2.77-acre of the disputed land will go in favour of the Hindus for the construction of the Ram Temple and the Muslims will be allotted a 5-acre land to construct mosque.

The verdict states that the Central Government will constitute a Board of trustees who will manage the building work of the temple on the disputed land and Sunni Waqf Board will take care of the construction of the mosque on the allotted land.
The Bench has also directed the Central Government to formulate an implementation scheme of this order in three months.
There were serious clouds of tension hovering over the country till the declaration of this verdict. The Central and state governments deployed paramilitary force and police personnel all over the country for the monitoring of the activities of the people who might incite communal hatred or violence after the announcement of this decision. It is believed that this decision has certainly given a closure to this historic case and will resolve the disputes between the two ruling communities of India over the dispute land.
