| By B HARIDAS (on Oct 19, 2011 11:58 AM) I am a customor of tvs vehicles for the last 20 years.I have purchased a scooty from cochin motors 0n 17/08/2001and I am getting it serviced at their sevice centre.at SA road, cochin.Now they are refusing to do servicing and instructed to go to the service centre at Edapally.So I have given it to them.They require 15 days for servicing.Why so much time.Your motto is customer satisfaction.but now your making your customer dis satisfied.Your dealers are not giving least priority for the mopeds.So pl make some arrangements to do the servicing as early as possible ie; within 4or 5days
