For suran (ole) chutney

• 1 can: Suran (ole)
• 3 tbsp or more: Mustard oil
• 1 tsp: Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp: Mangrella
• 1½ tsp: Ajwain
• 1 tsp: Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Chopped and Mixed
  • ½ cup: White radish (mooli)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Green chili

1. Drain and rinse suran (ole) with fresh water then squeeze out all the liquid and mash in a bowl.
2. Add all the ingredients from oil to salt and chopped mix.
3. Mix well and serve with pittha.
