Kesar Burfi

Ingredients

  • - Cashew nuts (Kaju) : 500 gms
  • - Sugar : 300 gms
  • - Saffron (Kesar) : ½ tsp
  • - Color (Orange) : ¼ tsp
  • - Silver Warak : 02

  • - Ground the soaked (for 03 hrs.) cashew nuts after draining water.
  • - Take a pan. Mix sugar & Cashew nuts and roast on low heat. Stir the mix constantly.
  • - Then mix saffron and orange color in it.
  • - Place a butter paper on a rolling board and pour the mixture on it.
  • - Place another butter paper and sandwich the mixture between the two papers.
  • - Roll it with rolling pin.
  • - Remove the butter paper from top.
  • - Place silver warak, and cut the Kesar Burfi pieces.
