Ingredients
- - 2 tablespoons: Cumin seeds
 
- - 1 teaspoon: Mint
 
- - 1 tablespoon: Amchuur
 
- - 1 tablespoon : Black Salt
 
- - 1 teaspoon: Cayenne Pepper
 
- - 1/4 teaspoon: Ground Ginger
 
- - 1 1/2 teaspoons: Fennel Seeds
 
	  
         
   
     Method
                
- - Toast and grind cumin and fennel seeds.
 
- - Combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate the mixture and store it in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
 
- - Shift them and mix turmeric powder and dry mango powder.
 
- - Fill in the bottle.
