- Roasted Vermacili : 1 Cup
- Milk : 1.5 ltr
- Cardamom Powder : ½ Tsp
- Saffron : ½ Tsp
- Dry fruit & Raisins for garnishing
- Boil the milk in a wide pan.
- Add the roasted Vermicelli into it and add the sugar according to your taste.
- Let the Vermicelli boil till they become thick.
- Mix Saffron in one tsp of water now add this Saffron fluid with cardamom into the in the thick Vermicelli and milk mixture.
- Add soaked almonds and raisins to the vermicelli for garnishing.
