Mushroom Soup is one of the most relishing flavors of India. Generally, prepared with chicken, Mushroom soup is a daily cook in hill stations. The tempting taste and absorbing flavors make it the first choice as starters in winter season.
Ingredients
- 2 finely chopped Spring Onions
- 1/2 finely chopped Ginger
- 2 cups button Mushrooms
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Salt to Taste
Method
- Cut the mushrooms into slices after properly cleaning them.
- Take a pan and heat it. Now put the chicken stock in the pan.
- Heat the chicken stock until it boils and then slow the flame and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, onions, ginger, salt and pepper to the pan.
