Nehra is an excellent left-handed line and length bowler with an excellent late inswinger.
After an excellent debut tour of Zimbabwe, he struggled to establish himself in both the Test and ODI teams.
His best figures of six for 23 against England came during the 2003 World Cup in South Africa. He also claimed six for 59 against Sri Lanka in 2005.
After injuries and poor form kept him out of the side for a few years, he regained a place in the ODI team in 2009 on the back of an excellent IPL. st Player of the Year for 2009
