Early Life and Family

Mohammad Wasim Jr. was born on August 25, 2001, in North Wazirastan, Pakistan. He comes from a cricketing family, as his father, Mohammad Wasim Sr., was a first-class cricketer for Pakistan. Wasim's elder brother, Mohammad Asif, is also a first-class cricketer.

Wasim started playing cricket at a very young age and quickly showed his potential. He was a regular member of the Pakistan Under-19 team and was part of the squad that won the Under-19 World Cup in 2020.
