Teja Nidamanuru is an Indian-born cricketer who represents the Netherlands in international cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler who can play as an all-rounder. Teja Nidamanuru was born on August 22, 1994, in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. He belongs to a cricket-loving family and started playing the game at a young age. Early Cricket Career

Teja Nidamanuru started playing cricket at the age of six and joined the St. John's Cricket Academy in Hyderabad, India. He represented Andhra Pradesh at various age-group levels and was part of the India Under-19 squad that toured Australia in 2012. He made his first-class debut for Andhra Pradesh in the 2013–14 Ranji Trophy against Kerala and scored 24 runs in his only innings. He played four more first-class matches for Andhra Pradesh until 2015–16, scoring 118 runs at an average of 14.75.

In 2016, he moved to New Zealand to pursue his cricket career and joined the Auckland Cricket Academy. He impressed with his performances in club cricket and was selected for the Auckland A team. He qualified to play for the Netherlands through residency and was named in their ODI squad for their series against the West Indies in May 2022. He made his ODI debut on May 31, 2022, at Amstelveen and scored nine runs off eight balls as the Netherlands lost by seven wickets.
