Sushil Kumar is a renowned Indian wrestler who has bought the country laurels on many occassions. Born into a Jat family in village Baprola of New Delhi, Sushil choose wrestling after inspiration from his father and cousin. He trained at the akhada (wrestling school) in the Chhatrasal Stadium from the age of 14. Sushil Kummar's father was an MTNL bus driver and mother a housewife. He made sure that his efforts don't go in vain and earned bronze medal at Beijing olympics in 2008.
